Taiho Oncology Patient Support Services

Taiho Oncology offers the Taiho Oncology Patient Support program to help patients while taking Inqovi or Lonsurf (Table).

Taiho Oncology Patient Support

This program offers personalized services to give patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals the help they need in getting started with Taiho Oncology products, including the Taiho Oncology Co-pay Assistance Program, the Patient Assistance Program, Nurse Support, and a Patient Starter Kit for Lonsurf.

Taiho Oncology Co-pay Assistance Program

Eligible patients with private insurance can enroll in this program to potentially eliminate out-of-pocket costs. Patients may be eligible if they:

  • Have commercial prescription insurance coverage
  • Are a resident of the United States, its territories, or Puerto Rico
  • Do not participate in any federal, state, or other government health insurance program, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE
  • Use a specialty or hospital outpatient pharmacy
  • Receive their medicine from a doctor’s office.

To confirm patient eligibility, call 844-824-4648 or visit

Taiho Oncology Patient Assistance Program

This program provides financial assistance for eligible patients who have insufficient or no prescription insurance. Underinsured or uninsured patients may be eligible to receive Taiho Oncology products at no cost based on assistance, financial, and medical criteria.

Personalized Nurse Support

When completing the Patient Enrollment Form, you have the option to request personalized nurse support for your patients. If selected, a nurse navigator will be assigned to provide phone support and address general inquiries about the prescribed Taiho Oncology treatment to help patients stay on track with their medication.

Patient Starter Kit

A Patient Starter Kit is available by request for your patients who have been prescribed Lonsurf. This kit contains useful resources to help inform patients and caregivers about all aspects of Lonsurf therapy, including how it works, how it may help, potential side effects, and dosage information. To request a Patient Starter Kit, call 844-824-4648.
