Genmab Patient Support Services

Genmab offers patient support services through its MyNavCare program to assist patients who receive Epkinly and through its Seagen Secure patient assistance program for patients who receive Tivdak (Table).

MyNavCare Patient Support

This program supports your patients throughout treatment with Epkinly and includes the MyNavCare Co-pay Assistance Program and the Genmab Patient Assistance Program. MyNavCare can also provides information about third-party foundations that may be able to assist eligible patients.

MyNavCare Co-pay Assistance Program

The MyNavCare Co-pay Assistance Program helps qualified commercially insured patients manage their out-of-pocket copay or coinsurance costs. Patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription, with a $25,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year. More information is available at MyNavCare Co-pay Assistance or by calling 866-628-2271. To determine eligibility, providers can fax a completed enrollment form to 866-628-2276. Enrollment forms can be accessed at MyNavCare Enrollment.

Genmab Patient Assistance Program

Epkinly may be provided at no charge for uninsured or underinsured patients who meet income and residency eligibility. For more information, visit Epkinly Financial Assistance or call 866-628-2271. To determine eligibility, providers can fax a completed enrollment form to 866-628-2276. Enrollment forms can be accessed at Epkinly Enrollment.

Seagen Secure

Commercial Out-of-Pocket Assistance Program

For patients receiving Tivdak, call 855-473-2873 for more information about available out-of-pocket assistance.

Patient Assistance Program

For eligible uninsured and underinsured patients receiving Tivdak, the Patient Assistance Program provides the product for up to 1 year at no cost to patients who meet program eligibility requirements. Oncology Access Advocates can assess patient eligibility for this program.

Oncology Access Advocates

Once enrolled in Seagen Secure, patients will be assigned a dedicated Oncology Access Advocate who can assist with any coverage or financial issues.
